Q. What made you get into fitness?
A. It was love at first weight. I joined a gym when I was 19 years old, and immediately fell in love with weightlifting and working out and i never stopped. Fitness has become part of who I am, it's a lifestyle.
Q. What is the secret behind your success so far?
A. Mindset, is everything in life. If you have a strong mind and the willpower to always succeed in life, you will. Quitting is never an option and you must learn to always grow past the pain to become stronger. Hard work, determination, and consistency of purpose has lead me to where I am today.

Q. Let us know about your workout regime
A. Currently my workout regime is as follows: Monday-Friday are heavy weight lifting days, Saturday and Sundays are rest days or used for extra cardio days.
Monday- Legs (I like to do a lot of heavy compound moves like free squats and deadlifts superset with isolation exercises such as leg extensions and leg curls) 4 Sets, 10-12 reps.
Tuesday - Shoulders and Traps
Wednesday - Back and biceps
Thursday - Legs again
Friday - triceps and abs
Q. What is your daily diet?
A. Proteins: Chicken, fish, lean ground turkey carbs: brown or jasmine rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, any and all fruits and veggies.
Q. Last but not least: Your message for quitters?
A. Don't Be one. Don't try to overhaul your life overnight. Instead, focus on making one small change at a time. Over time, those small changes will add up to a big transformation! Don't give up!
I am a constant work in progress, always striving to be better each and every day. I train because I want to defeat myself. Defeat the me who couldn't do it yesterday, so I can be better today.
