Q. What made you get into fitness?

A. I’ve always been real tiny aka “Fun Size” and loved dance, cheerleading and any other girly activities but also loved playing sports with my brother and being the only girl in my family I had to be a tough girl to hang with them. As I got older I desired to gain weight and muscle so I was always looking forward to gym class in high school especially when we got to go into the weights, this is where I found my passion for fitness. I’m completely dedicated to being fit and seeing how much your body can change if you maintain focus so fitness is important to me mentally and physically.

Q. What is the secret behind your success so far?

A. Staying positive and always smiling, not trying to be better than someone else but instead becoming a better person to myself and to others because yes there are highs and lows in life but sometimes just giving good advice and staying humble will always get you far.

Q. About your Social Media presence, where can others keep up with you?

A. Instagram is where I post about my “Fun Size” life:  @La_Bella_Moni

Q. Let us know about your workout regime

A. I workout 6 days a weeks and 3 days out of that I train legs which I’m so proud of myself because I’ve finally gotten up to squatting 135 lbs and no not on the smiths machine lol and leg pressing 380 lbs and can’t wait to go heavier. I also train back, shoulder, biceps, abs and do about 40mins of cardio 3-4 days a week

Q. What is your daily diet?

A. I have my 6 meals a day, my mornings always include boiled eggs with avocado, oatmeal and when I can some protein pancakes. Afternoons include chicken, ground turkey, rice, sweet potatoes, veggies and a protein shake. I do have my treat meal and when I do gosh I’m in heaven especially when it comes to Italian food.. My favorite xoxo

Q. What are your fitness goals?

A. I will always have goals in my life as far as my fitness it's my passion and I can’t wait to start competing again so I am going to push harder on my workouts and meal intake. I want to be proud of myself and have my family to be proud of me as well as being an inspiration to others. Fitness is beautiful!
